In 2001 a group of Portland, ME area theatrical professionals began creating 'Nightmares on Congress Street', a radio broadcast of horror stories and satire for broadcast on Maine Public Radio on Halloween Eve. Now in it's fourth year (hence 'Part IV'), Nightmares has become something of a tradition all over the state of Maine and this year includes an original piece, written specifically for this show.
