主线：女主人公米诺在童年时期与忘年交巴特、小伙伴罗尼亲密无间，但此后二人都离开了米诺。学生时期，米诺被男同学侮辱，后此男同学死于非命。米诺成人后与佟寒相恋，后佟寒亦死于非命。巴特多年后归来，却因为某些原因与米诺疏远。米诺认识了新男友振一，并得知振一多年前死去的胞弟就是当年侮辱米诺的男同学。在米诺与振一准备结婚时，振一在登山中死去。时间永远留在了夏天。复线：罗尼离开米诺后和后母格娘一起生活，并有着不伦的关系。之后盲女言子出现，使罗尼着迷。罗尼想要离开格娘与言子结合，格娘以死相逼。最后格娘和罗尼双双服毒，罗尼身亡，格娘成疯，言子失踪。 （ Main line: the heroine Mi Nuo was close to a cross-generation friend Ba Te and her fellow Luo Ni during childhood. Afterwards, a blind girl Yan Zi appeared and enchanted Luo Ni. Luo Ni wanted to leave Ge Niang and get married with Yan Zi. Ge Niang forced Luo Ni with death. Ge Niang and Luo Ni took the poison in the end. Luo Ni was dead; Ge Niang became insane; Yan Zi disappeared. )
